<p>The position of Transition Manager has a primary focus to establish, maintain and continually improve the Transition Planning and Support process within the organisation. This position will be instrumental in smooth handovers by setting governance model and setting structure for Operational Readiness Reviews in view of early engagement with projects, and make sure the project and operational teams work hand in hand over the different phases of the projects. This role ensures that all the requirements for different processes and technical functions are completed before final handovers and risks arising during the project handovers are mitigated</p><p></p><p>Skills & Experience </p><p></p><p>• Strong understanding and knowledge of project management, including application of concepts, principles and practices and processes required to manage and coordinate range of work.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of the ITIL v3 and IT Service Management principles. ITIL V3 Intermediate certification preferred. </p><p>• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE 2 or PMBOK. PRINCE 2 practitioner certification preferred.</p><p>• Strong experience with Project Transitions and on boarding services.</p><p>• Must be capable of understanding application and infrastructure architecture and associated dependencies at a conceptual level.</p><p>• Knowledge of the IT Service Management platforms</p><p>• Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p /><p></p>
