<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client (SME) a well established IT Consultancy based in East Perth. Their client base consists mainly within the resources industry. We have a requirement for an experienced Senior Engineer to manage server hardware, operating systems, storage, and network components in their Perth office.</p><p></p><p>Working very closely with one of the Directors, you will be involved in server and network administration, project and administrative tasks associated with running a professional IT service as well as pitching in with Desktop and Helpdesk Support at times (when required) as this is very much a team environment. You will be involved in many upcoming and exciting projects.</p><p></p><p><b>Ideally you will have experience with the following:</b></p><ul><li>Microsoft SBS</li><li>Experience in implementing and supporting Windows Server 2003/2008 </li><li>Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange</li><li>Disaster Recovery Planning/Testing Implementing</li><li>SQL Server technical knowledge and experience</li><li>Cisco LAN/WAN configuration and support skill </li><li>TCP/IP, Wireless, VPN, DHCP, DNS</li><li>VoIP/PABX Administration</li><li>Experience in VPN</li><li>Blackberry Server Administration</li><li>VMWare Exposure</li></ul><p><b>You will be required to hold the following certifications:</b></p><ul><li>MCP, MCSE</li><li>CCNA</li><li>CCNP (desirable)</li></ul><p>This role is perfectly suited to someone who can perform well in a busy environment, is proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about IT and really likes to make a job their own. </p><p></p><p>You will have exceptional organisational and written skills and come from a structured IT support environment.
