<p style="text-align:justify;">This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a large international provider of integrated solutions to the resource industry.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;">The Purpose of this Opportunity:</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;">We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage the MIS service delivery function from staff management right through to process alignment and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in championing ITIL Service Management and Strategy across the business whilst maintaining operational effectiveness through best practice.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"></p><p><span style="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;">Key Responsibilities:</span></p><ul><li>Providing overall leadership, control and decision-making for the MIS operations team.</li><li>Ensuring that all operational activities are satisfactorily performed within agreed timescales and in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensuring that staffing and skills levels are maintained throughout operational hours.</li><li>Scheduling resources & hiring staff</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;">Experience & Qualifications Required:</span></p><ul><li>3-5+ years in a team lead or management role</li><li>Able to communicate effectively at all levels</li><li>ITIL V3 Certified or Expert Level (Ideally have management or involved in an ITIL Implementation)</li><li>Coaching & mentoring staff & recruitment</li><li>Excellent time management</li></ul><p><i>Please contact Lindsay Braganza for more information on (08)9481 811 and ask for a comprehensive job description.
