We currently have an exciting On-site Support role available with our client, a National IT Service Provider based in their Sydney office. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in an On-site Support/Desktop Support role, preferably in a similar environment. Your knowledge & experience will include: - 2-3 years in a Desktop Support role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop OS and relevant technologies, desktop and laptop platforms and software applications
- Good understanding of remote administration and software distribution tools
- Exceptional customer service
