<p>We currently have a unique contract role available with our client, an international resources organisation based just out of the Perth CBD. This is an initial 3 month contract to assist an upcoming project, with the possibility to convert to a permanent position.</p><p></p><p> We are seeking a Helpdesk contractor that can provide level 1- 3 technical support to our client during their UAT and post go live activities in March. You will need to have a strong understanding of AX 2009 technically and be able to provide over the phone support.</p><p></p><p><b>Your past experience will include:</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a Helpdesk/support role, preferably in a large environment</li><li>Technical knowledge of AX 2009</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office products </li><li>Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7)</li></ul><p><b>Your knowledge and abilities will include:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to follow policies and procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem resolution and research skills</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work well both within a team and autonomously (share tasks and information)</li><li>Self motivated and good time management</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul><p>If you have the skills and experience required and are looking for a challenging role in a friendly team environment we would love to hear from you! </p><p></p>
