As a result of ongoing growth and demand in the Perth market, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts for a variety of opportunities in a range of industries.(Both permanent and contract)

To be successful in these positions, you will hold previous experience as a Business Analyst, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, combined with Business Process Management, Mapping and Modelling expertise.

Experience in the following areas would be highly regarded:

• Commercial business analysis experience developing workable large enterprise-scale business solutions across a variety of industries
• Process design and mapping, interviewing and workshop facilitation
• Experience in recognising process improvement opportunities and converting these into high level solution outline options
• Extraction and documentation of business requirements
• Business case development and presentation
• Identifying and supporting business process change
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Extensive stakeholder consulting and influencing skills
• Formal training in business analysis methods and frameworks (advantageous)

You will have strong documentation skills, with a proven ability to produce detailed functional and non-functional specifications from high level documents.

*Mining systems experience (for some roles) would be held in high regard, as would exposure to large ERP projects *
