<p>Fantastic opportunity for an experience Project Support Officer who works well in a busy project environment administering mountains of spreadsheets, timesheets and general project support duties - meeting deadlines. </p><p>Your core function as the Project Support Officer will be to provide support and assistance to the Programme Delivery team for all Project Workforce requirements. You will be extremely team oriented, enjoy your work and like to work hard but have some fun. Your day-to-day duties will include: </p><ul><li>Coordinating the setup and induction process for new project resources</li><li>Managing register of Contractor details</li><li>Support project managers in expediting orders for goods and services</li><li>Liaison with accounts payable to assist with resolving invoice / payment issues or delays</li><li>Monitoring timesheet submission</li><li>Administering the register of computer hardware</li><li>Provide general admin and financial support to team management and project teams</li><li>Assisting with the setup for key project workshops (catering, bookings, equipment, logistics etc)</li><li>Assist in developing systems and procedures for the team.</li></ul><p>To secure this role you will have the following skills and experience: </p><ul><li>Advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite required including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint</li><li>Accounts / ERP experience required. </li><li>Experience in a project coordination/ resource administration role working at an enterprise level</li><li>Eagerness to develop new skills</li><li>Team Player</li></ul><p>Is this you? </p><p /><p />
