An opportunity has arisen with one of our clients seeking an Administration Officer to provide proficient administration support to the IT department, including assisting users and building/maintaining rapport with contractors. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, customer service and display attention to detail. Previous experience with purchasing, receipting, costing and delivery would be advantageous. Your main duties/responsibilities will include the following: - Maintain and administer all the ISP accounts and ensure that they are reconciled each month, monitoring payments, etc.
- Continuously improve and maintain the current IT policy and procedures.
- Maintain the organisations internet and intranet, providing administrative support to their users.
- Maintain the software licensing database and register, ensuring the Manager is aware of any breach of licensing agreements.
- General support to the IT&S team
To be considered for this role, you must have sound knowledge with the Microsoft Office suite and have at least 12 months previous experience working in an Information Services environment.
